Camera Serial Number:
Factory calibration data is available as
- raw calibration data: the eeprom content with which your camera was shipped
- pattern data: a file containing the positions of all pattern points used for the camera calibration before shipping
- When using a current EnsensoSDK version restoring the raw calibration data is the fastest and easiest way. This will work with all current cameras and EnsensoSDK version 1.2.
- If you need to use the camera with an older EnsensoSDK version where the current eeprom format is not supported you can download the pattern data and recompute the calibration in the latest format supported by your EnsensoSDK. Be aware that EnsensoSDK 1.3 or older is not able to load pattern data generated from EnsensoSDK 2.0 or newer.
Note: Restoring the factory calibration will only work if your camera is mechanically unchanged. If the camera was opened or subjected to excessive acceleration the factory calibration data will not match your camera mechanics anymore. In this case you will have to manually recalibrate the camera using NxView or send it in for repair.
